Initiating InterCom Announcement/Hands-Free
The InterCom function enables an announcement to system phones (one phone or group) from any internal phone without someone having to actively receive a call (for example, in a doctor's office).
Furthermore, the caller's system phone can be programmed to switch on the microphone in addition to the loudspeaker (hands-free) so that a person nearby can speak with the caller using this intercom system.
Proceed as follows:
Using a character string on the internal phone
Using the menu/function key on a system phone (optional, see the phone manual)

Requirements:
Enabled InterCom authorisation at the InterCom destination
