Proceed as follows:
• Using the Configuration Manager (Functions > Music on Hold/announcements > File assignment page)
Blind Transferring
A caller connected by a blind transfer will exclusively hear music on hold during this process (pressing the R key, dialling of internal number, and ringing period).
Note: When switched off, the caller hears the ringtone during the ringing phase.Ann. before answering
A caller hears the music on hold after the playback of the announcement before answering.
