Proceed as follows:
• Using the Configuration Manager ( Synthèses > Fonction de messagerie vocale/télécopie)
Displays all created voice mail and fax boxes.
• Type: Voice mail or fax box
• Numéro de téléphone/Nom: Number and name of the voice mail/fax box
• Nombre de messages: Number of the stored and the maximum possible messages.
• capacité mémoire: Value of the actaual occupied and maximun possible storage space.
 Documents imprimés
Prints a list of the configured Voice mail and fax boxes.
 Graphique
Displays the memory assignment in a diagramme.
