Phone Book Authorisation
You can add phone book authorisation to the exchange line authorisations to add options for dialling specific phone numbers if restricted exchange line authorisation is in place.
This then enables you to approve specific phone numbers for a dial attempt. With phone book authorisation you are permitted to dial all the phone numbers entered in the Phone book version 1 contact group of the address books.
Important: The phone book authorisation only becomes effective if no corresponding exchange line authorisation is present on any of the external connections.
