Voice Mail/Fax Function
Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager (
Overviews > Voice mail/fax function)
Overviews > Voice mail/fax function)Displays all created voice mail and fax boxes.
•Type: Voice mail or fax box
•Phone number/Name: Number and name of the voice mail/fax box
•Number of messages: Number of the stored and the maximum possible messages.
•Memory utilisation: Value of the actual occupied and maximun possible storage space.
PrintPrints a list of the configured voice mail and fax boxes.
GraphicDisplays the memory assignment in a diagram.
