Management Macro Short-Code Number
Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager (Functions > Macro short-code number)
Important: For short-code macros, the automatic exchange line request is always enabled. Therefore, short-code macros with postdialling could have problems with the length check so that the area code must always be dialled.
Note: The replacement of an internal number by another internal number is not supported.
Note: It is not possible to integrate a macro into another macro.
Macro types:
Simple digit sequence that is replaced by the macro short-code.
•0-9
•*
•#
Character sequence that by dialling the macro short-code is transferred to the macro dialler and then started.
•Z (0-9, *, #)
•W (1-5) waiting time/break time of 1-5 s
•H Hang up with hook key
•C Waiting for connection
Note: If the macro does not end with an
H and the macro dialler is after the execution of a macro in an active connection, the call will be connected to the subscriber who triggered it.
Macro short-code number
Note: A short-code number must not begin with
0 or the exchange line access number.
For example: the internal number 60 for the pick-up sequence ##06.
Macro name
For example: Pick-up
Macro sequence
Digit sequence (e. g. ##06) or sequence of macro commands that are selected or triggered by the short-code.
Prints a list of all configured short-code macros.
