DHCP Server Settings for NET module
Proceed as follows:
Using the Configuration Manager (page Administration > IP Configuration)
When connecting SIP devices to the 2nd network interface, it is advisable to enabled the DHCP server in order to supply the SIP devices with IP addresses and other information (NTP server address, gateway address etc.).
Use DHCP server
Requirements:
If internal and external VoIP telephony are to be connected at the same network interface: Disabled Receive the IP address automatically (DHCP client) (page Administration > IP Configuration under NET MODULE)
Begin of DHCP address range
End of DHCP address range
Enter begin and end of the IP address range from that the IP addresses are to be assigned. Only IP addresses within the changeable range of the corresponding network class can be entered.
DHCP Configuration
Opens the DHCP configuration for importing and editing the configuration.
 Import
A configuration saved on the data storage device (PC) can be selected and is saved onto the PBX. The configuration can be edited in the DHCP config editor.
 Standard
The settings are reset.
