Conference rooms
This function enables a phone conference between several internal users. For this purpose, a conference room can be entered by calling an internal number.
A total of ten conference rooms can be configured. The number of conference rooms and the number of allowed users per conference room depends on the used hardware.

1.The dial-in in a conference room is performed with the previously configured internal number.
2.The person dialling-in hears an announcement before entering the conference room.
3.The new participant is announced to others by a short tone.
