If a group of users is to be able to have an external call at any time, call channels can be reserved for this group. The reservation can only be made on one account and the associated provider. These call channels are then only available to users who are logged in this group as outgoing.
The following rules/restrictions apply:
•Dynamically used channels are not offered.
•The maximum number of channels available for the account relates to the number that has been set on the assigned provider.
•If a call channel is to be reserved for a single user, the user must be assigned to a group alone.
Configuration

−Administration > VoIP > VoIP configuration > Distribution of the VoIP channels
•Configuring maximum number of provided VoIP channels separately for the provider.
