The PBX supports the SIP functions BLF and Presence. This allows the busy and present status of the internal call numbers to be sent to VoIP telephones that support these functions. This allows such a telephone to be used in a switchboard or similar application.
You can use these functions with the following VoIP end devices:
•Telephones of the COMfortel D-series: BLF and Presence
or other Auerswald/FONtevo VoIP phones (except COMfortel VoIP 2500 AB): BLF
The display is done via LEDs of those function keys which are assigned to speed dialling.
You will find more information in the instruction of your telephone.
•VoIP end decives of other manufacturers
You will find information in the instruction of your telephone.
Busy status (BLF)
With the SIP function BLF (Busy Lamp Field, in accordance with RFC 4235), the PBX transmits the following information on the busy status of the monitored internal call number (users, groups, park positions of call parking, voice mail/fax boxes or door terminals):
•Busy (with call number of the users communication partner)
•Incoming call (with call number)
•No active calls or conversations
The display of call numbers on an incoming call or during a call is unlike the other information protected by the preliminary pick-up query and monitoring setting for users and groups.
