Saving Standard Announcements on Telephone
COMfortel Set offers standard announcements in German, English and Italian, which can be loaded on the SD card of the telephone if necessary. The standard announcements include the announcement for call acceptance STANDARD.WAV, the announcement for remote access REMOTE.WAV and the announcement for message forwarding FORWARD.WAV.
Proceed as follows:

Using COMfortel Set
 
1.
Open the page Answering machine > Data exchange.
When you open this page for the first time, a dialogue for reading out the directory structure on the SD card opens.

Click Yes.
The directory structure on the SD card is read out and then displayed under SD card.

Click the Standard announcement tab.
3.
Click the national flag for the desired language located next to one of the following options:
German standard announcements: German standard announcements are saved on the telephone.
English standard announcements: English standard announcements are saved on the telephone.
Italian standard announcements: Italian standard announcements are saved on the telephone.
The standard announcements for the desired language are uploaded onto the SD card in the SYSTEM directory under the corresponding language abbreviation.
Note: The standard announcements used – whether German, English or Italian – depend on the language set on the telephone. The English standard announcements are used for all languages except German and Italian.
