Proceed as follows:

Permissions for settings
Permissions 
The telephone can be protected against unauthorised use by configuring permissions for making settings and using functions
Important:
The permission settings are only accessible if you are logged in� as administrator. If no sub-administrator or administrator is configured on the� telephone, users can make all settings and use all functions.
When the telephone is operated on the PBX, the passwords for administrator and sub-administrator are preset by the PBX. Manual settings will be overwritten by the PBX.
 
Select the permission level (administrator, sub-administrator, user) for the following settings:
Bluetooth 
Network 
Accounts, Providers & PBXs 
Apps 
Security 
Sync 
Update & provisioning 
Date & time 
IP camera 
Backup & reset 
E-mail 
 
Permissions for functions
Permissions 
The following functions can be locked against unauthorised access. For this, the permission levels administrator, sub-administrator and user are available. The displaying of locked functions in the selection list requires a login as administrator ( > Change permission level).
