Sending a Telefax as E-mail
Received telefaxes can be sent as e-mail to the address entered in the PBX as recipient of messages when a new voice mail arrives.
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
Requirements:
•
Fax box which is configured in the PBX and assigned to it
•
Telefax received
1.
Open the message box of the fax box.
2.
Use the
arrow keys
and
to scroll to the desired telefax and confirm with
OK
.
The message
Telefax has been sent as e-mail
is displayed.
3.
Confirm the message with
OK
.
You are back in the message list of the fax box.
